I don’t think they’re Japanese, they’re either Taiwanese or mainland chinese because of the dailect heard in the background. The interviewer is Japanese but the Taiwanese/Chinese guy is speaking english to the Japanese interviewer. Also, Acer is a Taiwanese company like ASUS and HTC
